Only electronic entries submitted online at http://goo.gl/zTXxhb will be accepted. (Please follow the directions at the bottom of the page if you choose to submit your entry by mail.) Please note: All online entries must be submitted at http://goo.gl/zTXxhb by 5:00 p.m. E.T. on Sunday August 14, 2016. No exceptions.

First, fill in your information on the entry page, including your full name, your date of birth, your email address, your phone number and your state of residence, then click the “Submit Entry” button to submit your entry.

Once your entry is submitted, you will be taken to a Thank You page.

One (1) winner will be chosen at random upon conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period and will receive a $1,000 prize, and three months of the 4-week Nutrisystem® Basic program, including Turbo 10 and a 1-year subscription to Classmates. Winner will be notified after the end of the Sweepstakes Period (hereinafter defined).

Ten (10) winners will be chosen at random upon conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period and will receive a $100 prize, and one 4-week Nutrisystem® Basic program, including Turbo 10 and a 1-year subscription to Classmates. Winners will be notified after the end of the Sweepstakes Period (hereinafter defined).

Winners will be chosen at random upon conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period for a total of eleven (11) winners. Winners will be notified byAugust 22, 2016 or after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
